Please edit the template file terms_conditions.tpl to modify Terms &our conditions are simple. We will accept any merchandise (with a few exceptions listed below) if sent back to us within 30 days. In order to send it back you must first contact us to get a return authorization number so we can track when it arrives. We also suggest you ship your item via a method which allows for package tracking. Deadganagsterchoppers is not responsible for items lost in transit. We will do our best to keep you satisfied, but we all need to understand what the rules are. Now, as for those items we will not accept back, they are: Ladies danties - not allowed, anything jewelry which is placed in any pierced portion of the body (where you hang it is your business not mine!) all I can tell you is that I ain't takin' it back! Videos, DVDs or CDs, they scratch to easily - sorry. Patches if they've already been sewed - sorry that to is used, no way. In addition, you have to pay the return shipping and we will credit you in the same method as you paid.
